"Welcome to the Himalayas"

Films: Yeti-Cure of the Snow Demon (2008)

Alias: None

Type: Ancient

Location: Forest/Mountains

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Neutral

Summary: Bigfoot's had his fun in the sun. It's time some other ape men get the recognition they deserve. In this case...the fabled yeti. But this abominable snowman fully intends to make sure that he keeps the title of Abominable unlike what happened two years earlier...

History: One day, a plane containing a college football team crashed in the Himalayan mountains, killing many. The survivors soon realized that there was something a bit worse than a plane crash waiting around the corner. They had landed into the turf of the yeti, who was looking to turn them into nice corpses to eat later.

Notable Kills: Rips out a guy's heart after getting a snowball thrown at him and stomps on his girlfriend's head afterwards, crushes a girl's skull with his bare hands, and twists another guy's leg off before beating him to death with it.

Final Fate: After pursuing the survivors for some time, the yeti ends up dangling off a guy's leg as they both risk falling off a cliff. The beast is speared by the guy's friends, and falls to his certain doom. But after the humans leave via helicopter, the yeti reveals that it's not quite dead.

Powers/Abilities: This yeti can leap extremely high into the air. It is also quite resilient.

Weakness: Heavy artillery.

Scariness Factor: 3.5-Crappy CGI jumping aside, this yeti earns the title of savage, in our opinion. It looks like a demonic white Wookie, and have the appetite of a ravenous cannibal. Also, you can't kill it easily. So look forward to it taking its time in murdering you horribly for going out into the snow.

Trivia: -Originally, the yeti in this film was to be a Raksha, which is the Tibetan word for "demon".

-Apparently, it took about three and a half hours for actor Taras Kostyuk into that yeti suit. He was also the sasquatch in 2002's "Sasquatch", and at the very least, we got a cute pic of his yeti-self holding a dog. It's even his image on IMDB.

There's also the Wendigo curse.

You'd have to have blood like that around these parts...no, wait, that's not how it works.

"Scrambled brains, anyone?!"
No, to assert dominance, you have to T-Pose harder!

Who could resist a face like that?

How to Eat Humans: You're doing it wrong.
